Gucci Mane Returning To Jail & Waka Flocka Flame Placed In Police Custody
Yesterday, a Superior Court Judge ruled that Gucci Mane returns to Fulton County Jail for a year due to a parole violation stemming from an arrest last November. His hearing at Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior Court is set for January 24th, if found guilty he’ll be serving a prison term of 17 months. Until then Gucci will be placed in treatment for personal issues.
Meanwhile friend and labelmate Waka Flocka surrendered himself to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office this afternoon for an outstanding warrant, dating back to a raid at his Atlanta home last month. Currently he’s faces several charges including probation violation, marijuana and firearms possession. His bond has been set at $31, 950.

Cops Raid Waka Flocka's House, Gucci Mane Cuffed
The story being reported is that cops were there to bust up a prostitution ring?
During the raid marijuana and weapons were found on the premesis. Waka was not at his home at the time of the raid but police say a warrant will be issued if he does not turn himself in as soon as possible according to Waka's mother and manager to both Debra Antney. His cousin Gucci Mane is in cuffs and prostitution may be involved.

Waka Flocka speaks on Gucci Mane & Nicki Minaj leaving Mizay Ent. and their current relationships
Earlier this week, I penned VIBE’s online cover story on Waka Flocka Flame. OK, now before you get your panties up in a bunch, you got to give this guy some credit, lyrically inclined or not, Flocka has went from one of Gucci’s underlings to the kid responsible for two of the biggest club records of the summer. See “Oh Lets Do It” and “Hard In Da Paint.”
While taking a break from recording his debut album, Flockaveli, which is set drop on Sept 27th, we talked about the new project, growing up around New York rappers, his robbery & shooting incident, the status of his relationships with Gucci and Nicki Minaj and more.
Do you know why Gucci and Nicki decided to part ways with your mom?
I can say when you start getting hot, there are a lot of people that get in your ear. I call that the devil. It’ll turn you against the people that helped you. They must have just felt like they needed a change. Maybe they felt like other people can take their career somewhere else. I don’t know. Just like LeBron going to the Heat. I ain’t mad, though, or got problems with anybody. Moms is good; her bills are paid.
Has the split affected your relationship with Gucci?
Yeah, all the way… All the way. I ain’t got beef or anything but it has changed.
So what’s your relationship like now?
There is none. We don’t talk anymore.
What about with Nicki?
Nicki is still my homey, though. I got her number and can call her whenever. My momma ain’t got no problems with her or anything either. Let’s make that clear.
